Refund policy

  • At BagShop PK, we thoroughly check each product before dispatching it to our worthy clients. Still, suppose you receive some damage or faulty product. In that case, we provide you return or exchange facility by contacting us through our email: bagsshopinfo@gmail.com or contacting us at +92-315-0643150. We will exchange or refund the product within seven days after delivery. All the claims for exchange or refund after this period will not be entertained.

 

  • If a shipment is returned, it is the customer's obligation to ensure that it is returned intact. In the event of damage, the items will be returned to the client.

 

  • All refunds will be processed by bank transfer and will only cover the product value, not any shipping expenses. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

 

  • If a product is exchanged, the swapped order will also cost Rs.150 in shipping charges.

 

  • Customers need to confirm the address before sending the parcel to claim a refund or exchange for the product.
