Shipping policy
BagShop PK understands and strives to complete all orders on schedule. Therefore, when you place a purchase with us, a confirmation message is delivered to the phone number you provided on the order form. In addition, a confirmation call is made to the customer prior to shipment. Furthermore, the logistics business calls to confirm the estimated time and day of delivery. Therefore, customers are asked to keep an eye out for calls in order to have a hassle-free delivery. Moreover, we do not have any hidden charges, so you will only pay for your order.
In addition, we also provide free-of-cost delivery over orders of Rs.3500 and above. If the order is below Rs.3500, a nominal fee of Rs.200 will be charged for delivery.
Our logistics partners manage the shipping, and the riders are told not to hand over the box until payment is received. Refund policy
- At BagShop PK, we thoroughly check each product before dispatching it to our worthy clients. Still, suppose you receive some damage or faulty product. In that case, we provide you return or exchange facility by contacting us through our email: bagsshopinfo@gmail.com or contacting us at +92-315-0643150. We will exchange or refund the product within seven days after delivery. All the claims for exchange or refund after this period will not be entertained.
- If a shipment is returned, it is the customer's obligation to ensure that it is returned intact. In the event of damage, the items will be returned to the client.
- All refunds will be processed by bank transfer and will only cover the product value, not any shipping expenses. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
- If a product is exchanged, the swapped order will also cost Rs.150 in shipping charges.
- Customers need to confirm the address before sending the parcel to claim a refund or exchange for the product.
